Jennifer McClung is the Founder and Principal of greatfullgrowth, bringing over 25 years of experience in the consulting industry. Her expertise spans operations, strategic planning, and large-scale project implementation, providing clients with actionable tactics that drive measurable results. Jennifer’s career has been defined not only by her ability to craft effective business strategies but also by her passion for cultivating talent and building high-performing teams. Since leaving corporate consulting, Jennifer has focused on helping young businesses and non-profit organizations with strategic business planning, financial forecasting, ongoing financial management and other business operation’s needs.
Jennifer holds an undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University and a Master’s degree from Duke University. Based in Dallas, she is happily married to her husband, Ed, and enjoys spoiling her two rescue dogs. She considers her greatest accomplishment to be raising two children who have grown into wonderful adults.
Role in KUZO:
Provide support for maintaining financial records for the organization. Work with team members to assist with payment processing, processing teacher honorariums, reconciling income and expenses and other finance related activities.

Rebuilding a life with purpose after the empty life I had created collapsed around me over 25 years ago.
