Please attach confirmation of your membership to a Kwan Um School of Zen center or temple. This can be in one of these forms:
1. A receipt for your last membership dues payment to your Zen center or temple (a screenshot of a card payment or bank transfer is okay.)
2. An official document or email from your Zen center stating that you are a paying member. WE CANNOT ACCEPT PRECEPTS CERTIFICATES AS PROOF OF PAID MEMBERSHIP.
