Catherine Anraku Hondorp Sensei
Two Streams Zen
White Plum Lineage of Soto Zen Buddhism

Dr. Catherine Anraku Hondorp Sensei, responding to a call for equity in the dharma, co-founded with Ryƫmon H. Baldoquín Sensei, Two Streams Zen in Westhampton, Massachusetts, US (www.twostreamszen.org). A teacher and Soto Zen priest, Sensei is a Dharma heir of Enkyo O'Hara Roshi in the White Plum lineage of Taizan Maezumi Roshi.

Formerly a professional modern dancer and choreographer, now a Doctor of Chiropractic, Anraku is trained in Internal Family Systems and Somatic Experiencing, with thirty years in private practice, and a decade as a Buddhist Chaplain in university and private, liberal art colleges.

Weaving her vast knowledge of the human body with Zen teachings and practice, Anraku's innovative approaches to healing trauma through embodiment include: joyful movement, courageous creative expression, and curiously embracing the first language of all mammals, touch.
